RED  PESTO

Ingredients:

  •    50 Gr fresh basil

  • 100 Gr dried tomatoes

  • 100 Gr whole almonds

  • 80 Ml olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 50 Gr grated Parmigiano cheese 

  • 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar

  • salt
